* Simple Retro is not responsible for delays in shipping logistics time. 

* We are not responsible for item(s) being lost in shipment, nor when item(s) is delivered via tracking but item(s) in not found by recipient. If you do not receive your package while item(s) is deliverd, please provide us the proof of loss. For once the items has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping company or then the local delivery company and all following actions will need to be taken with local post facilities.

* If for any reason a package is returned to our team (incorrect adress / unclaimed / etc) , the shipping fee will have to be paid by the customer again in order to get the package sent out again.

 2. How long will it take to get my order?

Generally it takes 3 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.
You could contact the local courier for the most updated tracking information.
After we process the orders, normal shipping time:
- Standard shipping orders will take around 14-25 business days to arrive.
- FedEx Shipping orders will take around to 25-30 business days to arrive.

4. What shipping carriers do you use?

- For free/standard shipping, we use your local postal service such as USPS, Royal Mail and Le-Post.
- For express shipping, we use parcel shippers like UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.

 

5. What about duty and taxes?

* Simple Retro is not responsible for any fees concerning customs, duties or taxes with any purchases.

The exact amount of duty and taxes vary by country:

- United States: Duty and taxes would be charged regarding on your regions.

- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: We will try out best but orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.
- International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that Simpleretro does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.

6. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

 

* If for any reason a package is returned to our team (incorrect address/ unclaimed/etc), the shipping fee will have to be paid by the customer again in order to get the package sent out again.

Please make sure you enter the right address before check out your shopping cart. If you decide to change your address, please write to us at support@simpleretro.com as soon as you place your order within 1 day. After a package left our warehouse, we will not be able to change the shipping address any more.
