• Shoulder width

  Stand upright, measure from the left shoulder endpoint to the right shoulder endpoint, and let the tape naturally attach to the shoulder at the back.

• Bust

  Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your breasts, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground.

• Waist

  Wrap a measuring tape around your natural waistline, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground.

• Hips

  Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground.

After we process the orders, normal shipping time:

- FedEx Shipping orders will take around to 4-10 business days to arrive.

How do I return?

RETURN POLICY 

You have 21 days from the ship date to return your purchases for a refund.

** For delayed orders impacted by COVID-19, you have 10 days from when you received your order to return your purchases. Please note any items returned out of the return period cannot be accepted for any refund or store credit. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for the returned item(s) at this point.

The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must be still attached. And the items must be placed in the mail for returning within this return period. We do not acccept returns if there are stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric or tag of the items.

* All accessories are final sale and are non-returnable. Flash sale items are also final sale and non-refundable.

* If you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order.

**The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue the refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).  

REFUNDS

• Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and process your return request, you will receive an email notification with either approval or rejection of the return.

At Simple Retro Showroom:

In cases which there is inventory available at the showroom, we offer a direct exchange in-person. If not, we can always order a new order for you and have the item(s) shipped from our warehouse.

Online orders:

We do not offer a standard exchange service at this point. If you want to order an item in a different size, design or color, please place a new order from our website and return the previous purchase. 

Please note customers need to pay for the shipping fee to exchange the item(s).
