Liberty Chiffon Print Halter Neck Dress

Colors are brighter than picture. Simple retro typically runs small, so I generally size up. Ordered a medium and thought it ran big. Will be taking to a Taylor because I do like the dress. Material is more of a silk than chiffon, and color is bright, not as pastel looking as in the photograph.
