I'm 5'8 and 135lbs and ordered the 27. My waist is 28 and my hips are 38. My inseam is about 29FIT: The pants fall just above the tops of my feet and have a good amount of give in the waist and hips but with no risk of them sliding down or needing readjustment. There's a lot of room in the legs– I have thick thighs and can sit and squat with no restriction. If you're my height and have long legs, these might be an awkward length on you. QUALITY: I ordered a pair of jeans twice this price from Free People a few months ago and these are so much better quality-wise. I would prefer more heft, but as long as you don't machine dry, these should be fine. No fading, bleeding, or shrinkage from when I washed them. No loose threads on the seams or anything. YKK zipper. POCKETS: There is so much room in the front pockets! It's like wearing men's jeans with all the space! I can fit my whole phone and then some!
