Wanted oversized look so I sized up, would size up 1 more and I'm a size small normally

I bought this sweatshirt because of my love for San Francisco. It's a very good quality sweatshirt with beautiful embroidery. However, it's very short. I'm only 5'4" and it comes just barely past my waist. I will pass it on to one of my grandchildren, because it really is nice, but it doesn't work for me
