How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

RETURN POLICY 

You may return any items within 21 days of purchasing your item (whichever is longer in convid-19 period).

The item must be placed in the mail to send back to us within this return period. The items must be in original condition,unwashed and unworn  and must have all tags attached in the original packaging.

Any items with stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric or tag cannot be returned. All accessories are final sale and can not be returned.

Note that any items received after the return period cannot be accepted for any refunds or store credit.

US Domestic Return Policy:

In-Store (NYC-only)
You can return any item to our Showroom in Midtown, New York.
The item must also have the original tags, packaging, and beunworn and unwashed.
We may not have inventory available to make a direct exchange in-person but we can always order a new item for you and have it shipped from our warehouse.

International Return PolicyThe customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us (we cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns or pay for the cost of shipping the piece back to us). Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).  

 

REFUNDS

* Once we receive and process your return request, you will receive an email notification with
either approval or rejection of the return.
- For approved returns, refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Refunds should appear on your account within 7 business days after processing.

* Late or missing refunds
1. It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
2. Please contact your bank, if you don’t receive the refund 7 days after we process it.
If you have done all the steps and still have not received the refund, please contact us at support@simpleretro.com.
* Sale items
Only the flash sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

For exchange, we suggest you to return the item(s) that you would like to exchange and place a new order online for the shortest shipping and processing time. Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping fee for return and exchanges yet.

*Customers need to pay for the shipping fee to exchange the items.

 

* Return Local Duties and Taxes
1. Local taxes and import duties may incur when you ship your item(s) back to us. Customers should be responsible for possible duties and taxes.

2. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and duties and taxes regulation vary by country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office before ordering.
